I'm the Queen of eating breakfast at the wrong times. It's always so hard for me to eat something when I first wake up but I LOVE breakfast foods. I love bacon, sausage, eggs, toast, and of course cheese. So what's the solution when you don't want to eat those foods in the early morning hours? Breakfast for Dinner!
I've done breakfast for dinner in all kinds of creative ways. Make your own breakfast pizza, hashbrown casseroles, regular ole' pancakes, bacon and eggs. The one problem is all of these choices can be a little time consuming when you have a family that's constantly on-the-go! On Tuesday evenings the kids have tumbling class until 6pm and by the time we get home it's 6:30pm so we usually don't eat until around 7pm or later. I need something quick and simple to fix for them to eat.
Tyson Breakfast Bread Bowls. You can buy them at Sam's Club and they come in two yummy flavors, one with bacon or one with sausage. So far I've only been able to find the sausage ones. You can check out my whole shopping experience in my google + album.
