YoPlait Lactose Free Yogurt & MyBlogspark Giveaway!

My family loves yogurt. My kids are big fans of Go-gurt and my husband loves the yoplait cups. They have so many great flavors. And then there's me. I love yogurt! Heck I love all dairy products but I'm a little bit lactose intolerant. Nothing serious. The doctor just said I have to limit my dairy intake or I will get cramps. And there have been a few times that I've cramped up pretty bad. Luckily, companies are starting to do something that really helps people like me or those in a worse situation... they are making lactose free options!

I was excited to try out the Strawberry flavor but unfortunately I'm having trouble finding it in our local grocery stores. I did have one store agree that they would look into having it in their stores. I already had a great idea to make simple parfaits for the kids and me. Just some yogurt, granola and strawberries in mine and then maybe substitute animal crackers for the granola in the ones for the kids. How yummy does that sound? I loved the lunch tote and gel packs because it would be perfect for me to pack a quick snack for the kids and I to go to the park!
