HDG- The Zero Scale

Now this is one that I'm not sure whether or not it should be on the Holiday Gift Guide. First, when you think of holidays what do you think of? Me, personally, I think of food! And what comes with food? Gaining weight! And what becomes a girl's best friend or worst enemy? The dreaded scale. If you're like me, you get on there a few times a week and try to remember whether you're gaining or losing. Wouldn't it just be easier if you got on the scale and it said, "gain" or "loss"?

Well, I'm happy you agree because there just so happens to be a scale that does exactly that! It's called the Zero Scale. Not only does this scale help you keep track of how much you are gaining or losing on a daily basis but it also keeps your actual weight a secret! Yes! No more of me getting on the scale and my husband peeking over my shoulder to see what the total weight is! And wait, there's more. Here's some other cool features:

  • shows days since last check and total days since you started
  • stores 4 members and 1 guest information
  • and if you really want to know you can get your actual weight by using the guest selection...hehehe

My Take: You know you have a good scale when it comes with a pedometer! They are already encouraging you to stay healthy. Now how easy was it to use this scale? Ok I'm a little slow but it did get a little confusing. At first, (I didn't read the directions) and I stepped on the scale and it just came up with 0. Huh? I wish...LOL. Everytime I did it, I got the same 0. Then I read the directions and realized it was basically storing my weight and then I would have to wait the next day to see what happened. The next day it read gain 1. The scale is no longer my friend! :( Until now! Yesterday I got on and it told me a total loss of 5 lbs in 17 days! SCORE! I love the scale! And of course I do cheat. I love to use the guest mode to see how much I really weigh but I don't use it that often!

So yes I love this scale. And yes it is totally worth buying. It can be a little confusing but it does seem pretty reliable. I would watch it around young kids though. It's tempered glass and it can break. Especially if you have kids that want to jump on it. I hid mine away in the closet and only pull it out for the actual weigh in. Makes me feel like I'm on the biggest loser.

Buy it: You can purchase this scale for the price of $70.90 which includes shipping and handling. Just go HERE to order with their secure ordering form.
