Jeans, jeans, oh how I love my jeans! I wear them almost every day, even though it's summer time. It's just the article of clothing that I feel the most comfortable in. So, when I got picked to do an Old Navy sample and share with Crowdtap I was super pumped! I got one coupon to get a free pair of jeans for myself and then one coupon to give to a friend to get a free pair of jeans for themselves. (I just mailed this coupon to a friend...I hope she was able to use it. I haven't heard from her yet).
So how was my shopping experience. Right now, I'm not happy with my weight so that made a big difference. I want to lose at least 15 lbs and it's a slow process. Lately, when I buy jeans the sizes are just awful. They make me want to scream. I used to wear a size six and now the jeans I were getting were up in the double digits. So that made me a little nervous about shopping for jeans at Old Navy.
I started by picking out the flares that were at the front of the store. I picked two different sizes and went to try them on. Much to my amazement, they were both too big! I was so excited when I came out of the dressing room! I handed the guy the jeans and he asked if they worked. I said, "nope! too big!" and ran off to get a smaller size. I was so excited that I ended up getting two pairs. The awesome flares and the flattering trousers (perfect for dressing up for a GNO!) Check out the pics of my two choices:
And of course here I am in the trousers which I L-O-V-E:
Sorry about the flash! I'm terrible at taking pictures! And the best part was Old Navy was having a jeans sale that week. You could get a pair of jeans for $19.95! So it ends up I got two pairs of jeans, originally marked around $34 a piece for a little over $20! SCORE!!!
Now if you want to join in on the fun then you need to join Crowdtap! It's totally worth it. You get to share your opinions, earn money and even participate in sample sharing activities. So I would suggest you head on over and sign up now for the fun!
