CLOSED Review & Giveaway: Good Earth Dinner Kits

Thanks to one of my favorite places, MyBlogSpark, I was given the opportunity to try out Good Earth's Dinner Kits. Even though I'm a stay-at-home mom does not mean that I like to cook. I get so wrapped up with the kids and doing things around the house that when dinner time hits I'm exhausted. Some nights I just want something quick and easy but healthy at the same time. That's where Good Earth's Dinner Kits comes in!

Here's a little bit about Good Earth:

With appetizing entr√©es from Good Earth, dining in is sure to become the new dining out. Enjoy cooking a sophisticated, restaurant-quality meal in the comfort of your own home. Each variety includes vibrant and flavorful sauces along with specialty ingredients like sweet basil, white wine and dried tomatoes. Delicious dinners that allow you to keep a healthy lifestyle without sacrificing taste, Good Earth dry dinner kits are perfect for whipping up a no-fail, five-star cuisine in less than 30 minutes. And here's my two favorite parts: it's 100% whole grain, no trans fat, no artificial flavors, no artificial preservatives, no MSG! And you  just add meat and, voila! Dinner is served. How easy is that??

My Take: My family got to try the Mediterranean Chicken kit. It was awesome! First, It was super simple to fix. I just cut up some chicken, boiled some water, added pasta, pan fried the chicken with the seasonings, mixed it all together and served. The box says it takes about 20 minutes and it took me about 30. Ok, I'm not the best with time management when it comes to cooking so it took me a little while to get organized!
My husband wasn't home yet but I didn't want to wait to share! This dish had the house smelling awesome. I would say the meal by itself is enough to feed two adults. You could probably feed more if you added a salad or another side. I personally split it between my husband and me. The sauce was so rich and creamy that I wanted to go back for seconds! The chicken was nice and crispy. And the pasta...I'm not much on wheat pasta but this stuff was good. My husband loved it so much he wanted to go out and see where we could buy it! We most definitely will be buying more!!!

Buy it: Good Earth should be in stores now. The date for it to hit stores is sometime this month! There are four kits available: Mediterranean Chicken with angel hair pasta, Spicy Citrus Glazed Shrimp with angel hair pasta, Herb Crusted Chicken with mushroom risotto and Tuscan Chicken with penne pasta. They all sound awesome to me and I will be trying them all! This company also makes the Wanchai Ferry dry meal kits and they are reasonably priced so I am expecting the same from these kits!
